DELIVERY

Processing time:

We process all orders within 24 hours.
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched on the same day.
However, delivery times from UK to various international shipping addresses may vary.

Delivery times:


For UK deliveries: We ship all standard parcels by Royal Mail 48 Signed & Tracked service. Royal Mail aim to deliver the order within 2-3 working days.

Services may take longer during bank holiday periods and sale periods.


For Europe Deliveries:

Ireland, Germany, France , Netherlands and Belgium:
We dispatch parcels by SKYNET Express which usually delivers in 2 to 4 working days.
Spain, Italy, Portugal:
Estimated delivery 4 to 6 working days. 

Rest of Europe deliveries may take up to 10 working days
For USA estimated delivery 6 to 12 working days
Rest of the World: deliveries may take up to 15 working days
We also offer Express Service ( 1-3 days ) for some countries.

Delivery times are an estimate and may be subject to delays outside of our control. If your parcel is stopped by customs this will show in the tracking information.
If you are required to pay import taxes, duties or custom fees you will be contacted by your customs office for payment.

Orders sent via standard economy service and may not have point to point tracking please allow the stated estimated delivery time before contacting us.

Tracked
Orders paid for as Express or tracked delivery will be provided tracking number and tracking link for the entire order journey.

 

RETURNS

We proudly offer 30 days money back guarantee on all purchases (from the date of purchase).
For customers based outside of UK: If you would like a different size or colour , You will need to return the item back for a refund and place a new order. 

Please note that all items must be in its original sellable condition to be returned, Items that are worn or washed can not be exchanged.
We do not mix and match articles from a suit. We sell suits as complete sets. Swapping articles from a suit renders the corresponding suit useless. Hence we are unable to process exchange / refund.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for returns to be processed from the date of receipt.
  • If you are after an exchange and short on time, Please place a new order and send the original order for a refund.

When sending items back via any tracked service please let us have the copy of postage receipt so that we could track the progress of the returning item.
We contact all customers once the returning item is received with us to get an update on their preference for refund / exchange.

Customers who would like to return items for any reason are requested to state “RETURN TO SELLER”  and “KIDS CLOTHING” on the custom form in order to avoid long delays and unnecessary charges.
