If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please simply contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

DELIVERY

PROCESSING TIME


We process all orders within 24 hours. 
Orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched on the same day. 
However, delivery times from the UK to various international shipping addresses may vary.

USA DELIVERY TIMES

Orders' value over 65$, will be shipped by DHL or UPS Express (The estimated delivery time to the US is within 1 - 6 working days).

Orders' value less than 65$, will be shipped by International standard service (The estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 working days).

Custom Duty & Taxes: For orders shipped to the United States, all duties and taxes will be paid for by SIRRI.

ORDER TRACKING

Standard 
Orders sent via standard economy service and may not have point to point tracking please allow the stated estimated delivery time before contacting us.

Tracked 
Orders paid for as Express or tracked delivery will be provided with a tracking number and tracking link for the entire order journey.

UK AND EU DELIVERY TIMES

UK Deliveries

We ship all standard parcels by Royal Mail 48 Signed & Tracked service. Royal Mail aims to deliver the order within 2-3 working days. 
Services may take longer during bank holiday periods and sale periods.

We are facing some delay in delivering orders to Northern Ireland through Royal Mail, due to the current pandemic. Kindly allow us up to 7 days to deliver your order. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Europe Deliveries

Custom Duty & Taxes for European Customers:

For orders shipped to EU, all duties and taxes will be paid for by SIRRI.

Belgium, Germany, France, Ireland and the Netherlands:
Estimated delivery time: 4 up to 7 working days.

Spain, Italy, Portugal:
Estimated delivery time: 5 up to 8 working days.

Estimated Delivery Time fo the rest of the world can take up to 8-12 business days.

We also offer express service (1-3 days) for some countries.

Deliveries during public holidays may take longer.

Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays outside of our control. If your parcel is stopped by customs this will show in the tracking information. 
If you are required to pay import taxes, duties or custom fees you will be contacted by your customs office for payment.


RETURNS

If you would like a different size or colour, you will need to return the item back for a refund and place a new order.

Please keep your proof of postage until Returns / Refunds are processed. 

Please note that all items must be in its original sellable condition to be returned, items that are worn or washed can not be exchanged. 
We do not mix and match articles from a suit. We sell suits as complete sets. Swapping articles from a suit renders the corresponding suit useless. Hence we are unable to process exchange/refund.

Original postage charge is non-refundable. If your purchase is with free postage, you will be refunded in full.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Please allow up to 7 Days  for returns to be processed from the date of receipt.
  • If you are after an exchange and short on time, please place a new order and send the original order for a refund.
  • If you are returning an item for an exchange or refund after 30 days, there will be a 20% re-stocking fee.

When sending items back via any tracked service please let us have the copy of postage receipt so that we could track the progress of the returning item. 
We contact all customers once the returning item is received with us to get an update on their preference for refund/exchange.
