Ordering and Delivery
Choose your item:
Select the size, colour, and quantity from the drop-down menus on the product page.
Add to cart:
Click Add to Cart. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout at any time by clicking the cart icon.
Express Checkout (optional):
If you have an account with PayPal, Google Pay, or Shop Pay, you can use one-click Express Checkout at the top of the checkout page.
Enter contact information:
Your email address is mandatory so we can send your order confirmation and shipping updates.
A phone number is highly recommended — some couriers like UPS, DHL, and Evri International require it for delivery notifications or customs clearance.
Verify delivery country:
Your shipping country is auto-detected based on your IP address. Please double-check and correct if needed.
Enter shipping address:
Fill in your name, address, and phone number. Ensure the postcode is correct to avoid delays.
Choose shipping method:
After entering your address, available shipping options will appear.
Select payment method:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
- PayPal
- Mollie (Klarna, iDEAL, Bancontact, etc.)
- Google Pay / Shop Pay
Click “Pay Now” to complete your order: After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking activation delay:
Some couriers may take 12–24 hours to activate the tracking link after dispatching the package. Please be patient and check again later if it’s not immediately active.
Didn’t receive a tracking email? First, check your junk/spam folder. If it’s not there, contact our support team at cs@sirri.com. Please include your order number and mention “Tracking Request” in the subject line.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within one working day.
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please send an email to cs@sirri.com quoting your order number, followed by the words “Cancel” or “Exchange” in the subject line.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note:
- We cannot guarantee changes will be made in time, as customer service may experience high volumes, and some orders may be dispatched shortly after being placed.
- If there is any delay or issue with processing your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer the best available options.
UK & Ireland:
- Standard shipping takes 2–3 working days.
- Express Next-Day Delivery (by 1 PM) is available at an extra cost.
You can request an upgrade to:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 (95% delivered next day) — £3 extra
- Special Guaranteed Next-Day by 1 PM — £9 extra / an invoice to be sent separately
To request an upgrade, please contact cs@sirri.com immediately after placing your order. Please note that the due time for the next-day service shipment is 2:30 pm UK time.
We also have DPD ship shop collection, which is also a next-day service, but it is to be collected from the selected DPD shop at checkout.

We also offer UPS or DHL Express (1–2 working days) to the USA — available on request / an invoice for the additional amount to be paid separately.

- Delivery estimates do not include weekends or public holidays.
- Shipping times may vary due to customs delays or carrier issues outside our control.
- If your parcel is held by customs, it will be visible on the tracking page.
- All import duties and taxes for the USA and the 27 EU countries are paid by SIRRI.
- For countries outside the EU or the USA, your local customs office may contact you for payment of any applicable fees.

- Repeat this process for every item you wish to buy.
- Once you’ve added all desired items, click on the shopping bag icon to review your order.
- You can adjust quantities, remove items, or proceed to checkout from there.
UK: We ship all standard parcels by Royal Mail 48 Signed For service. Royal Mail aims to deliver the order in 4 working days. Services may take longer during bank holiday and sale periods. We also offer express delivery service next day guaranteed by 1pm. Orders placed before 2pm, are dispatched on the same day. International: Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands and Belgium. We dispatch parcels by Royal Mail Express, which usually deliver in 2 to 4 working days. Belgium, Germany, France, Ireland and Netherlands: Estimated delivery time: 5 to 6 working days. Spain, Italy, Portugal: estimated delivery 5 to 6 working days International shipments to Europe can take up to 15 business days, while the rest of the world can take up to 20 business days. USA : estimated delivery 6 to 12 working days. Delivery times are an estimate and may be subject to delays outside of our control. If your parcel is held by customs this will show in the tracking information. If you are required to pay import taxes, duties or custom fees you will be contacted by your customs office for payment.
The cut off time for next day delivery is 2pm, any orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. Please be aware we only dispatch orders Monday to Friday, any orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday (excluding public holidays).
We don't offer mix and match for Boys’ suit articles. We sell suits as complete sets. Exchanging articles from a set makes the original set unsellable. Therefore, such exchanges/refunds won't be processed. We may mix and match some men’s suit articles.
Someone needs to be at home when your parcel is due to be delivered, as we may need a signature. Don’t worry if you aren’t, as our carrier usually tries to deliver more than once. Alternatively, they will leave a card confirming they have either left it with a neighbour, left it in a safe place, or they will try to redeliver or give you details on how to collect it.
Due to our popular items selling fast, we do occasionally sell out quickly. We try our very best to keep stock levels up to date; however, the website may not update quickly enough while you are placing your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order due to the out-of-stock item, we will notify you immediately by email or phone. We will inform you when the item will be back in stock and offer alternatives. If we cannot reach a customer within 3 days, we cancel the order.
If your order has gone through successfully, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you used when placing the order. If you have not received this email, please check your Junk or Trash folder. Alternatively, you may have entered an incorrect email address. If you are unable to locate your confirmation email, please contact cs@sirri.com quoting your full name and the date the order was placed, followed by “order confirmation” in the subject line as soon as possible.

Yes, you can choose a different delivery address from your billing address. If you realise you entered the wrong delivery address after checkout, please contact cs@sirri.com quoting your order number, followed by “change of delivery address” in the subject as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed yet, we will be able to assist you.

We do not have a shop; however, we have a warehouse where you can collect your purchased items from or book an appointment to select and buy items.

You can make an appointment in our Birmingham Warehouse from Monday to Saturday, between 10:30 am and 3:00 pm. Please contact cs@sirri.co.uk with the following information: Your Name / Phone Number / Email / How many of you / Which products are you interested in? (Please give SKU and details) / When and what time would you like to come? We will send you an email once your appointment is confirmed.
Advertising business outside of eBay/Amazon is against their policy. That is why we cannot respond to your enquiry. If you select “collection”, we will be sharing our address, so you can come and collect the parcel.

Yes, you can drop off returns at our Birmingham address. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Due to these varying from country to country, we are unable to predict what your charges may be. Please check the destination countries duty and tax regulations before ordering, you can contact your local customs office if you need assistance. warehouse. We are open from Sunday to Friday 10 am to 5pm. Please contact with customer support for return address details.
We do have seasonal sales and often offer promotional discounts. Please sign up for our newsletter.
Go to the shopping bag (this can be found at the top right side of the website). Select Proceed to Checkout. Enter the Discount Code or Online Credit Note into the Discount Codes box. Select Apply Coupon, and your discount/credit will be applied.
Please note that the discount code is only applied to items excluding sale.

Returns and Refunds
Yes, UK mainland customers can exchange items for a different colour or size. We process all returns from 48 hours to 7 working days after they are received If you are in a rush, please place a new order and return unwanted item for a refund. Customers outside of mainland UK can only return the item back for a refund. Please place a new order for the required size or colour.
You have 30 Days from receiving your order to return any items, providing they are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. All items should be returned with the original tags, labels, and suits need to be returned with their original suit bag. IMPORTANT: Damaged, worn, washed or altered items, or anything that SIRRI clothing believes has been used will NOT be accepted and will be rightfully returned back to you. This includes any items returned outside of the 30 days returns period.
Fill out the returns form that came with your order, and mark clearly if you would like a refund or exchange. If for any reason you no longer have your returns form, you can download one by clicking Include the returns form with the item(s) you are returning. Post the item(s) to: SIRRI RETURNS Unit 6, Sterling Park, Pedmore Road DY5 1TB Brierley Hill - United Kingdom Post the item(s) using a tracked or signed for service with Royal Mail, or a courier such as my Hermes. We don't mind what postage or courier service you use, however, we do advise using a tracked or signed for service to ensure your return is delivered here safely. Remember to keep proof of postage until we have confirmed by email that your return has been processed.
Goods are returned to Sirri at your own expense. Whilst your return parcel is in transit, it is your responsibility. We recommend that you return the parcel to us using a tracked or signed for service, to ensure we receive the parcel here safely.
Original postage charge is not refundable, SIRRI does not offer free return service unless the product is faulty.
We process all returns/refund within 48 hours from the time we receive the parcel. We contact all customers upon receipt of the return in order to confirm and get an update on their preference before we process return/refund. Please update us with the tracking number so we can locate the returning parcel's whereabouts.

We process all returns within 48 hours after they are delivered to us. You will receive confirmation e-mail from PayPAl once your refund has been processed. Please allow the following time for the funds to show in your account. Debit card refunds can take up to 5 working days. Credit card refunds usually show within 10 working days however it may take considerably longer, depending on your provider. PayPal refunds can take up to 3 working days.

Depends on the value of the parcel, UK Delivery charges are around £ 3 - £ 4. International delivery charges vary depends on destination country and value of the parcel.
